BlackRock Spot Bitcoin ETF “IBIT” Asset Management Amount Exceeds $2 Billion

Due to the rise in Bitcoin prices, the asset management scale of BlackRock's spot Bitcoin ETF "IBIT" exceeded US$2 billion this Friday, becoming the first ETF product besides Grayscale GBTC to exceed this indicator. Data shows that investors added approximately $170 million to IBIT on Thursday, and the fund increased its holdings by nearly 4,300 BTC, bringing the total number of Bitcoins held to 49,952. The next fund to cross the $2 billion mark is likely to be Fidelity’s Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC), which held just under 44,000 Bitcoins as of January 25.
