YieldMax files with SEC to launch Bitcoin Options Income Strategy ETF

YieldMax has filed with the U.S. SEC to launch a Bitcoin Options Income Strategy ETF (YBIT) listed on the New York Stock Exchange. This ETF is a synthetic covered call strategy ETF based on other spot Bitcoin ETFs, with the primary investment objective being to seek exposure to current income and the performance of the TBD Spot Bitcoin ETF and to increase returns in the event of increased volatility in the underlying asset. The Fund's secondary investment objective is to invest in the price of selected ETF products with limited potential investment income.
