JP Morgan and Visa are teaming up to simplify cross-border payments using their private blockchain network Liink and B2B Connect, Forbes reported. Visa's cross-border payment product B2B Connect for financial institutions and corporate customers uses Liink's account information verification product Confirm to verify account information. Additionally, JPMorgan also announced that Deutsche Bank will join as a founding member of the Confirm product to guide its strategic expansion. Liink, formerly known as the Interbank Information Network, was launched by JPMorgan Chase in 2017. Confirm is Liink's account information verification product, which ensures that transaction parties provide real identities and correct information. Liink is offered through Onyx, JPMorgan's blockchain and payments infrastructure arm.
