UAE Agriculture Department bans cryptocurrency mining on farms

The Agriculture and Food Safety Authority in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, has told farmers that farms cannot be used as cryptocurrency mining sites. The government agency said such activity is considered "abuse of farms for purposes other than their intended use."
