On October 7, representatives of the initiators of the Blockchain Security Alliance held the first online meeting. The meeting mainly discussed and passed the constitution of the security alliance and the organizational structure of the alliance. In order to carry out the work of the alliance smoothly in the future, the council and secretariat were discussed and established, and the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general were selected. In addition, the representative of Beosin reported the alliance's next work plan, which was unanimously approved by everyone. The meeting also announced that HUAWEI CLOUD officially joined the blockchain ecological security alliance and was selected as a governing unit. The representatives at the meeting all expressed that the members of the security alliance will work together, cooperate with each other and give full play to their respective advantages in the future to jointly escort the healthy development of the blockchain ecology.
Unanimously recommended by the members of the alliance, Professor Monica Yang, the founder of Beosin, serves as the chairman of the blockchain ecological security alliance. The vice chairman is Professor Li Guoquan of SUSS, Da Hongfei, the founder of Onchain Custodian, Yang Zhan, the co-founder of FOMO Pay, and June, the representative of ParityBit. Yang Huanhuan, the representative of SUSS NiFT, is the deputy secretary-general of Beosin, and Tommy, the head of Beosin, is the legal advisor.
It is reported that the first batch of alliance governing units consists of 11 units with diversified industry backgrounds, including university institutions, Web3.0 security companies, industry associations, financial technology service providers, etc.

- NUS AIDF – as the Asian Institute of Digital Finance, an institution of the National University of Singapore (NUS), jointly established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the National Research Foundation (NRF) and the National University of Singapore (NUS);
- BAS-Blockchain Association of Singapore: A non-profit industry association.
- FOMO Pay Pte Ltd is a large payment institution in Singapore (license number: PS20200145), which has been approved by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to carry out cross-border remittance services, domestic remittance services, digital payment token services and merchant acquiring services. Founded in 2015, FOMO Pay has become an industry-leading one-stop digital payment and banking solutions provider;
- Onchain Custodian--Singapore's compliant digital asset custody institution, providing institutional and individual clients with safe, compliant and insured custody services;
- Semisand - specializing in blockchain hardware solutions, with deep experience in ZKP algorithm and security chip research;
- Coinhako - a digital currency exchange licensed by the MPI of the Monetary Authority of Singapore;
- ParityBit - a technology company focused on privacy computing and artificial intelligence;
HUAWEI CLOUD, a well-known cloud solution provider, put forward the concept of "everything is a service", infrastructure as a service, so that the business can be reached globally.
Finally, this meeting also announced the new members of the alliance who have recently passed the audit. They are: Huobi University (engaged in blockchain education), Moledao (Moledao is a social platform for all blockchain enthusiasts to learn, grow and contribute, To build more innovative ideas), Least Authority (Least Authority was established in the United States in 2011, aiming to create free and compatible technology), PlanckX (a completely open blockchain game platform and NFT market) Coding Girls (female Developer-oriented blockchain development community), etc.
It is worth mentioning that since the establishment of the alliance, the alliance secretariat has successively received applications from many units for membership. The Alliance Council welcomes more people of insight in blockchain-related fields to join in and jointly defend the ecological security of the blockchain.
According to the constitution of the alliance, members of the alliance will cooperate closely in the field of blockchain ecology, explore and establish a blockchain security ecosystem; jointly improve the basic management system of the alliance, various rules and procedures, etc.; implement the alliance work plan; Blockchain security industry standards and codes of conduct; jointly initiate blockchain ecological early warning, security quarterly, and annual reports; cooperate with universities to carry out blockchain security technology discussions and research, and organize at least 2 blockchain security technology for students and developers Online training courses, 1-2 special lectures are held every month.
The Blockchain Security Alliance will work with blockchain practitioners to establish a blockchain security community to jointly contribute to the healthy and safe development of the blockchain ecosystem.
