The entire process is not only narrow and costly, but also usually requires a one to two year preparation cycle.
ICM is to solve this pain point through on-chain infrastructure: allowing individuals and institutions around the world to have equal access to the liquidity of the capital market, transactions are not limited by time, are open 24/7, are not geographically restricted, and do not rely on centralized rules.
