就在今天，一份简短的文件令加密市场遭遇了重大冲击。
今日欧盘时段，比特币在短短1小时内急跌2.4%，盘中一度接近60000美元关口，最低下探至60500美元。以太坊同样在1小时内下跌近3%，盘中最低触及3240美元。这波跌势波及整个加密市场，今晨一度领涨的Rats几乎回吐了隔夜的全部涨幅，山寨币日内跌幅普遍超过10%。
根据CoinAnk数据显示，行情跳水的1小时内，全网爆仓金额达431万美元，其中多单爆仓359万美元，空单爆仓71.945万美元。比特币爆仓金额为158.72万美元，以太坊爆仓金额为58.84万美元。
而这一切的“罪魁祸首”，正是Mt.Gox。
Mt. Gox 是一家加密货币交易所，2014 年损失了 85 万比特币的投资者资金，该交易所将于 2024 年 7 月开始偿还其用户。
根据 Mt. Gox 6 月 24 日发布的声明，该交易所的康复受托人将以比特币 (BTC) 和比特币现金 (BCH) 处理偿还。偿还将支付给已交换和确认必要信息的加密货币交易所。
受托人请求用户保持耐心，并解释说偿还将按照已完成必要信息交换和确认的交易所的顺序进行。
受托人重申需要耐心，并表示：
“我们将按照康复受托人完成交换和确认所需信息的加密货币交易所的顺序开始偿还。请等待一段时间，直到偿还完成。”
因为其赔付金额实在过于巨大，Mt.Gox 总计将向要债权人偿还 142,000 枚 BTC（约合 87.2 亿美元）和 143,000 枚 BCH（5076.5 亿美元），总计约 87.7 亿美元的抛压。就在此消息公布不久，市场闻声而动，开始下跌。
此时市场流动性较差，缺乏充足的买盘支撑，近百亿美元的抛售压力进一步加剧了市场的恐慌，投资者纷纷选择撤出观望。
实际上，早在5月28日凌晨，已经宣布破产10年且5年没有任何动静的Mt.Gox钱包开始异动，向一个未知地址进行了10笔交易，转移了141,685枚比特币。
这种分散赔付方式有助于减缓集中抛售导致的市场下跌。此外，许多债权人已将债券卖给基金，考虑到年底可能降息，部分基金可能不会立即抛售。
Mt. Gox是"Magic: The Gathering Online Exchange"的缩写，是一家曾经位于日本东京的比特币交易所。该交易所由Jed McCaleb在2010年创立，最初是为《万智牌》卡牌游戏设计的交易平台，但后来转型为比特币交易所。Mt. Gox在其鼎盛时期处理了全球比特币交易量的70%左右，是当时全球最大的比特币交易平台之一。
