Ubisoft integrates web3 technology into upcoming ‘Captain Laserhawk’ game via Arbitrum

The Arbitrum Foundation and Sequence have partnered with Ubisoft Labs to launch a new gaming adventure titled Captain Laserhawk: the G.A.M.E..

This project extends the universe of Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix, a series produced by Ubisoft for Netflix. Iconic characters from renowned franchises such as Assassin's Creed, Rayman, and Beyond Good and Evil will feature in the new title.

Community-Driven Gameplay

The game unfolds in a dystopian world called Eden, where players act as citizens under a totalitarian regime.

The community can influence the game's narrative through innovative web3 governance, where player actions inside and outside Ubisoft's ecosystem contribute to raising their citizen scores and shaping the story.

Arbitrum's blockchain infrastructure supports the project, ensuring scalability and speed. Sequence provides essential blockchain tools, offering a seamless integration of web3 elements, which empowers players to participate in the game's evolution.
