BlackRock Maintains Neutral Stance on European Stocks and Bonds

BlackRock Investment Institute has expressed a neutral outlook on European stocks and bonds following the European Central Bank's (ECB) decision to keep policy rates unchanged. According to Jin10, Roelof Salomons, BlackRock's Chief Investment Strategist for the Netherlands and Nordic regions, noted that the current economic growth is ideal for the ECB, as it is neither accelerating rapidly nor stagnating. Inflation is on a downward trend, and with the strengthening of the euro, the inflation rate may fall below the 2% target. Salomons stated, "In this context, we expect policy rates to remain at 2% until 2026."
