Data shows that the ETF has accumulated over $3 billion in inflows over the past three months. Despite concerns over high valuations in artificial intelligence affecting broader tech stocks, investors are shifting towards memory manufacturers with clearer profit prospects. "As AI disruption anxiety sweeps through various industries, memory stocks are evidently the safe haven," said Dave Lutz, a trader and macro strategist at JonesTrading.
