Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations announced on Tuesday that the country has dispatched approximately 25 tons of humanitarian aid to Iran. According to Jin10, this initiative follows an agreement reached during a phone conversation between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Iranian President Masoud Pezehchiyan on March 8. The aid package includes 10 tons of flour, 6 tons of rice, 2.4 tons of sugar, over 4 tons of water, around 600 kilograms of tea, and approximately 2 tons of medicines and medical supplies.
