On March 15, local time, Iran's Customs Administration issued a statement emphasizing that the supply of essential goods in the country is sufficient, urging citizens not to worry excessively. According to Jin10, the latest statistics from Iran's Customs Administration indicate that approximately 6 million tons of goods are either awaiting unloading or stored at various ports and 13 major customs checkpoints across the nation. These goods primarily include key items for ensuring public welfare, such as wheat, rice, tea, edible oil, oilseeds, livestock feed, and soybean meal. Currently, the daily flow of goods from customs to the Iranian domestic market remains between 80,000 to 100,000 tons, with the majority being essential commodities.
