According to Jin10, Araghchi emphasized that Iran has made significant concessions in indirect nuclear negotiations with the United States before any potential conflict initiated by the U.S. and Israel. He stated that Iran is willing to dilute uranium enriched to 60% purity, demonstrating its lack of intent to pursue nuclear weapons. Currently, 440.9 kilograms of uranium enriched to 60% are buried under the ruins of bombed Iranian nuclear facilities, and Iran does not plan to retrieve it at this time. If retrieval becomes necessary in the future, it will be conducted under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
