Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) announced on March 17 that it has launched the 58th wave of the "True Commitment 4" operation. According to Jin10, the IRGC stated that the operation was conducted in the early hours of the day to commemorate children killed in conflicts, particularly students from Iran’s Minab Elementary School and a newborn baby.
The IRGC emphasized that this operation employed an "effect-oriented" combat approach, utilizing various precision strike methods. The arsenal included heavy missiles such as the "Khorramshahr" equipped with two-ton warheads, "Qader" multi-warhead missiles, "Fateh" and "Kheibar Shekan" missiles, as well as medium-range "Fateh" and "Qiam" missiles and attack drones.
Targets included multiple locations in northern and central Israel, as well as U.S. military bases in Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain. The IRGC's statement underscores the strategic intent behind the operation, aiming to deliver a message through targeted military actions.
