Tsim Sha Tsui Properties (0247) reported full-year results for the year ended June 30, 2026, with underlying profit attributable to shareholders of HK$2.838 billion, excluding changes in fair value of investment properties, down 4.12% year on year. The company said underlying earnings per share were HK$1.28. The board proposed a final dividend of HK$0.43 per share, and together with the interim dividend of HK$0.15 per share, total dividend for the fiscal year was HK$0.58 per share, unchanged from a year earlier, according to Ming Pao. Including a non-cash investment property revaluation loss of HK$109 million, net profit attributable to shareholders rose 16.86% to HK$2.724 billion, with earnings per share of HK$1.23.
