Sanhua Intelligent Control (02050) said it repurchased about 1.3267 million A shares in August for a total of about RMB 48.905 million, according to ETNet.
The company said that as of Monday, it had cumulatively bought back 4.125 million A shares through its dedicated share repurchase securities account via centralized bidding, representing 0.098% of its total share capital. The total consideration was about RMB 149 million, with the highest purchase price at RMB 37 per share and the lowest at RMB 35.05 per share. The company said the buybacks were in line with its existing repurchase plan.
