Derlin Holdings to Allocate Shares for Bitcoin Mining Expansion

According to PANews, Derlin Holdings has announced a placement of 255 million shares, representing approximately 15.15% of the company's existing issued share capital and about 13.16% of the enlarged issued share capital. The shares are offered at a discount of approximately 11.34% compared to the previous closing price of HKD 3.44. Derlin Holdings has entered into a subscription agreement with Evergreen Wealth Investment Limited to issue up to 63.803 million new shares. The net proceeds from this transaction are expected to reach HKD 956 million. The funds will be utilized to enhance the company's Bitcoin mining and digital reserve operations, as well as for development and investment purposes.
