Binance to Launch USDT/USD and USDC/USD Spot Trading with Zero Fees

According to the announcement from Binance, the platform is set to expand its trading options by introducing USDT/USD and USDC/USD spot trading pairs. Trading for these pairs will commence on 2025-11-18 at 15:00 (UTC). To mark the launch, Binance will offer a zero-fee promotion for these trading pairs, allowing users to trade without incurring any fees during the promotion period, which begins at the same time and will continue until further notice. In addition to the new trading pairs, Binance will enable Trading Bots services for USDT/USD and USDC/USD pairs, also starting on 2025-11-18 at 15:00 (UTC). This initiative aims to enhance the trading experience by providing users with automated trading options. The zero-fee promotion applies to both maker and taker fees, although trading volumes from these pairs will not count towards VIP tier volume calculations or Liquidity Provider programs during the promotion. Binance has also announced support for USD deposits and withdrawals in select regions, facilitated by BPay Global. Users can utilize various payment methods, including SWIFT bank transfers, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. However, trading eligibility for the new pairs is subject to regional restrictions. Currently, users in countries such as France, Spain, Italy, and several others, including the United States and its territories, will not be able to trade these pairs. Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants engaging in prohibited activities such as wash trading or market manipulation. The platform also retains the discretion to amend the promotion or its rules as necessary. Users are encouraged to complete account verification to participate in trading these new pairs.
