According to ChainCatcher, the ZEROBASE team released a significant security announcement on December 12, 2025, warning users about a malicious phishing contract on the BNB Chain (BSC). This contract impersonates the official ZEROBASE interface, attempting to deceive users into granting USDT permissions.
The malicious contract is located at address 0x0dd28fd7d343401e46c1af33031b27aed2152396. In response to this threat, ZEROBASE has implemented a malicious authorization detection mechanism. If a user's wallet interacts with this contract, the system will automatically block deposit and withdrawal operations until the user revokes the authorization to the phishing contract.
ZEROBASE advises users to use revoke.cash or other tools to revoke suspicious authorizations and urges the community to remain vigilant. Users are encouraged to carefully verify all contract addresses displayed during wallet interactions and avoid using links from unofficial sources.
