Synthesys Secures $11 Million to Expand Tokenized Securities Infrastructure

According to Foresight News, Singapore-based Synthesys, formerly known as Equitize, has announced the successful raising of $11 million through seed and strategic funding rounds, led by angel investor Mark Pui. Synthesys provides a modular and interoperable liquidity layer for tokenized securities. The newly acquired funds are intended to support expansion into the Asia-Pacific and Middle Eastern markets. The company aims to enable financial institutions to embed compliant tokenized funds directly into smart contracts on digital ledgers.
