Ethereum Foundation and Keyring Network Launch Privacy-Focused Financing Mechanism

According to Foresight News, the Ethereum Foundation's funding coordination team has partnered with Keyring Network to introduce a new financing mechanism aimed at supporting privacy developers. The zkVerified permissioned vault on Keyring's mainnet offers access to a compliant and privacy-protecting DeFi lending market. During the initial two months, all protocol fees from the Keyring zkVerified vault will be donated to the legal defense fund for Roman Storm and Alexey Pertsev, developers of Tornado Cash, who are currently on trial for releasing open-source code. The Ethereum Foundation emphasized that this model ensures the first users of the vault can directly support the legal protection of developers focused on privacy. Keyring connects the growth of new financial tools with the protection of developers, demonstrating that the community can enhance resilience while driving innovation.
