很少有受害者意识到他们被卷入了欧洲最大的投资骗局之一。
这些平台看起来光鲜亮丽，客户支持团队听起来可信度很高，以熟悉的公众人物为主角的在线广告看起来也很合法。
当调查人员将这些线索串联起来时，这一行动已经攫取了超过 7 亿欧元的资金，并横跨多个国家。
一个平台如何导致全欧洲范围的追捕
最初只是对一个欺诈网站进行调查，但随着当局发现了一个承诺高回报的相互关联的迷宫平台，调查范围迅速扩大。
这些网站看起来都是合法的，并配有显示虚假利润的仪表盘。
在这些网站的背后是经过培训的团队，他们通过电话操纵受害者，敦促他们重复存款，同时显示虚假的账户增长。
一旦存款到账，资金就会被分散到多个区块链和交易所，以隐藏资金来源。
两个阶段、七个国家、一个犯罪网络
警方通过两次紧密协调的行动实现了调查的突破。
第一阶段于 2025 年 10 月 27 日在塞浦路斯、德国和西班牙展开突袭。
九名嫌疑人因涉嫌从虚假平台洗钱而被捕。
警方查获了银行账户中的 80 万欧元、41.5 万欧元加密货币、30 万欧元现金以及奢侈手表和数字设备。
欧洲刑警组织和欧洲司法组织与来自法国、比利时、马耳他和塞浦路斯的机构合作，为此次行动提供了支持。
一个月后，在 11 月 25 日至 26 日期间，第二阶段的重点转向了助长欺诈的营销引擎。
比利时、保加利亚、德国和以色列的团队将目标锁定在假冒知名媒体、公众人物和政治领导人的欺骗性广告背后的公司。
其中许多广告都有深度伪造视频，用于引诱受害者进入欺诈平台。
受害者是如何上当受骗并被榨干的
该欺诈网络运营着一个网站生态系统，这些网站看起来光鲜亮丽、值得信赖。
社交媒体广告承诺快速获利，并将用户重定向到显示余额不断增加的交易门户网站。
调查人员描述了一个由呼叫中心、广告网络、虚假经纪人和洗钱者共同组成的生态系统。
通过数字迷宫洗钱
一旦网络收集到存款，资金就会迅速流走。
转账通过加密货币、交易所和钱包组成的网络进行，掩盖了所有蛛丝马迹。
欧洲刑警组织称，犯罪分子 "清洗了从数千名受害者处窃取的资金"，依靠的是数字匿名性和跨越司法管辖区的复杂路由策略。
与欧洲刑警组织近期的其他案件无关
此次打击行动与欧洲刑警组织近期宣布的其他两起案件截然不同，前者是针对加密通信服务的 Matrix 行动，后者是针对被黑客用来清洗超过 13 亿欧元比特币的 Cryptomixer 服务的打击行动。
