U.S. Treasury Announces Borrowing Plans for First and Second Quarters

The U.S. Treasury Department has outlined its borrowing plans for the upcoming quarters. According to Jin10, the department plans to borrow $574 billion in the first quarter, with an expected cash balance of $850 billion by the end of the period. In the second quarter, the Treasury anticipates borrowing $109 billion, aiming for a cash balance of $900 billion by the quarter's end.
