North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un Attends Rocket Launcher Ceremony in Pyongyang

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un participated in a ceremony on February 18 in Pyongyang, where a 600mm rocket launcher was presented to the Workers' Party of Korea's Ninth Congress. According to Ming Pao, Kim Jong Un delivered a speech at the event and personally drove the rocket launcher vehicle to inspect the weaponry. He stated that the 600mm rocket launcher would enhance North Korea's war deterrence capabilities and fulfill strategic objectives.
