Faraday Future Cancels 21.02 Million Warrants From March 2025 Financing

Faraday Future (NASDAQ: FFAI) said on September 2 that it signed a termination agreement with all investors from its March 2025 financing to end the additional investment warrants issued under that deal. According to Jiemian News, the company has canceled all 21,021,369 outstanding but unexercised additional investment warrants, removing potential future dilution from their exercise. Based on a $5 per-share conversion floor price, the company said the move could avoid potential dilution of up to 45% of its issued shares. Faraday Future added that all common stock warrants and additional investment warrants under the March 2025 securities purchase agreement have now been canceled.
