According to the BBC, Dawn Light, 56, has been charged with aggravated intimidation of a juror after prosecutors said she photographed jury members outside the Plymouth courthouse during the Lindsay Clancy trial. Light, a registered nurse, pleaded not guilty and her lawyer called the incident a misunderstanding. Prosecutors said she was found in a restricted area in her parked car on Tuesday and later discovered photos of jurors in her deleted phone folder. Judge William Sullivan denied a request for $50,000 cash bail and ordered Light to stay away from the courthouse grounds and from people connected to the case. Clancy, 36, is charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of her three children and has pleaded not guilty, while the jury has been deliberating since Thursday.
