According to Odaily, the law firm Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP has announced its role as the lead counsel in a class action lawsuit against Block. Individuals who purchased the company's Class A common stock between February 26, 2020, and April 30, 2024, inclusive, are required to seek appointment as the lead plaintiff in the Block class action by March 18, 2025. The lawsuit alleges that Block and certain executives violated U.S. securities laws by making false or misleading statements or failing to disclose pertinent information during the specified period.
