Binance to Launch Fee Promotion for USDT-Margined Perpetual Contracts

According to the announcement from Binance, the platform is set to introduce a new fee promotion aimed at enhancing the trading experience for USDT-margined perpetual contracts. This initiative is part of Binance's ongoing efforts to create a more accessible and liquid derivatives market. The promotion will be available during the first 10 days of each new contract's launch, referred to as the 'Incentive Period.' During this time, all users will benefit from a 0% maker fee, while qualified liquidity providers will receive higher maker rebates. The promotion is scheduled to run from 2025-07-25 00:00 (UTC) to 2025-10-25 23:59 (UTC). For all users, the maker fee will be set at 0% from the contract launch day, considered Day 0, until Day 9 at 23:59 (UTC). Qualified liquidity providers will enjoy a maker fee of -0.006% (-0.6 bps) during the Incentive Period. After this period, standard fee rates based on VIP level or liquidity provider tier will apply. To participate in the Binance Futures Liquidity Provider Program, users must have a minimum futures trading volume of $100,000,000 equivalent or a minimum spot trading volume of $20,000,000 equivalent over a 30-day period on Binance or other platforms. Successful applicants will receive a four-week grace period with Tier 2 maker fee rebates on USDT-Margined Futures Contracts, exempt from weekly reviews. Binance will announce new USDT-margined futures perpetual contracts eligible for the promotion in the corresponding listing announcement. It is important to note that liquidity providers newly qualifying during the Incentive Period will not receive the promotional maker fee rebate for trades on that contract. Only those already qualified at the time of the contract listing will automatically receive the rebate benefit. Sub-accounts created during the Incentive Period will not be eligible for the promotional fee rate. Once the Incentive Period concludes, fee rates will revert to standard levels, with a possible short period of higher-than-standard maker rebates due to timing adjustments. All trading volumes and metrics related to the promotion are measured by Binance at its discretion, and self-trades will be excluded from volume calculations. Binance reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion or its rules at its discretion.
