DeFi Development Corp. Announces Warrant Distribution and New Solana Project

According to PANews, DeFi Development Corp. (NASDAQ: DFDV) has announced a distribution of warrants to its common stock shareholders. On October 23, shareholders will receive one warrant for every ten shares held, with the distribution expected on October 27, totaling approximately 3.3 million warrants. Each warrant allows the purchase of one common share at $22.50, exercisable in cash until January 21, 2028. The warrants will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol DFDVW. Convertible bonds maturing in 2030 will also receive warrants based on a conversion rate of 4.3269 per $1,000 face value. If fully exercised, the company aims to raise up to $73.5 million for general corporate purposes and SOL-related acquisitions and working capital. In addition, DeFi Development has partnered with Superteam Japan to launch Japan's first Solana treasury project, DFDV JP.
