Ethereum Network Achieves Record Transaction Throughput

According to PANews, Ethereum's mainnet reached a historic peak in transaction throughput in November 2025. The Ethereum ecosystem's peak transactions per second (TPS) recently hit an all-time high of 32,950. Lighter, a significant player in Ethereum's Layer 2 solutions, accounts for approximately 90% of the daily TPS on Ethereum's Layer 2 network, while incurring only about $685 in daily on-chain costs to Ethereum.
