Binance Introduces Multi-Keyless Wallet Feature for Enhanced Security

According to the announcement from Binance, the platform is launching a new feature that allows users to create and manage multiple keyless wallets under a single account. This update aims to provide users with greater flexibility and streamlined management, all while ensuring security through Binance’s MPC-based Keyless technology. The new feature, known as Multi-Keyless Support, enables users to create up to five keyless wallets within one account. Each wallet can be personalized with a unique name and avatar, and managed from the 'My Wallets' dashboard. The creation process is simplified with a one-tap setup, secured by the device’s passkey, eliminating the need for seed phrases. This seedless security is powered by MPC technology, which splits key-shares across the user’s device, cloud, and Binance, maintaining full control without compromising security. To utilize this feature, users must ensure their Binance App is updated to version 3.6.0 or above. The process involves opening the Binance Wallet, navigating to the [Assets] tab, accessing [My Wallets], and selecting [Add Wallet]. Users can then choose [Create Keyless Wallet] and confirm with their device’s passkey to instantly set up their new keyless wallet. Binance Keyless Wallet employs advanced MPC technology to enhance security by removing the need for seed phrases. This technology provides a simple, secure, self-custody experience tailored for Web3 environments. Users can also log into multiple keyless wallets via the Binance Wallet browser extension, provided it is updated to version 1.3.0 or above. Additionally, users retain the ability to export any wallet, including keyless wallets, using the existing export process. The feature is designed to offer a seamless and secure experience for managing digital assets.
