According to Odaily, this move aims to fund a stock repurchase plan previously disclosed on February 18, 2026. The Bitcoin sales will occur in multiple transactions, with management executing them flexibly to serve the best interests of the company and its shareholders. The proceeds from these sales will be used to repurchase the company's common stock and cover related expenses, including brokerage commissions, fees, and taxes.
