Berachain Projects Face Phishing Attacks via Sponsored Ads

According to Foresight News, the Kodiak project within the Berachain ecosystem has issued a security alert regarding sophisticated phishing attacks targeting multiple projects. Hackers are exploiting sponsored advertisements on Google search results, which appear identical to official websites but redirect users to phishing sites upon clicking. Preliminary investigations by the KodiakFi team have confirmed that both the Kodiak and Infrared projects are targets of these attacks, with other Berachain ecosystem projects potentially at risk as well. Kodiak advises users to access applications only through official social media channels, such as the X platform and Discord.
