Matcha Meta issued a statement on its X platform, noting a security incident related to SwapNet. Some users who disabled "One-Time Approval" on Matcha Meta may have been affected. The statement said they have contacted the SwapNet team, who have temporarily suspended their contracts. After reviewing with the 0x protocol team, it was confirmed that the incident did not involve 0x's AllowanceHolder or Settler core contracts. Users interacting with Matcha Meta via One-Time Approval can use the service safely. To prevent similar incidents from recurring, the feature allowing users to directly set limits for aggregators has been removed. Previously, it was reported that a security vulnerability on SwapNet resulted in the theft of approximately $16.8 million in cryptocurrency.
