Voyager Digital will allow users to recover assets via Binance.US

The document shows that the transaction between Voyager Digital and Binance.US is expected to be completed in March, after which users will be allowed to withdraw funds, but users in Hawaii, New York, Texas and Vermont will need to re-submit because they cannot create accounts on Binance.US.
