Improbable, the development company behind Yuga Labs' metaverse Otherside, is raising a new $111 million (£100 million) funding round to create virtual worlds for popular Web3 companies like Yuga Labs, creator of the Bored Ape Yacht Club, Decrypt reports. Improbable CEO Herman Narula revealed that the company's new technology can support the interaction of thousands of players at the same time. Improbable was valued at $3.36 billion (£3 billion) in its latest round, up from a $2.8 billion (£2.5 billion) valuation in 2018. According to previous news from Foresight News, the blockchain game company Improbable announced in April that its new project M² had completed an independent financing of US$150 million, led by a16z and Softbank Vision Fund, with a post-investment valuation of M² at US$1 billion.
