Hamster Kombat Airdrop to Launch Alongside Binance Listing on September 26

The eagerly awaited Hamster Kombat airdrop, featuring the HMSTR token, is scheduled for release later this month. With millions of players looking forward to the event, substantial rewards are promised for early participants.

Hamster Kombat Developers to Airdrop 60 Billion HMSTR Tokens and Launch Binance Farming Campaign

The Hamster Kombat developers announced on Thursday that billions of HMSTR tokens would be distributed through an airdrop and Binance’s Launchpool. The campaign allows users to farm 3 billion tokens, representing 3% of the total supply, by locking their BNB and FDUSD tokens from September 19 to September 25, 2024.

In addition to Launchpool, Binance has introduced the "HMSTR Super Earn" feature, where users can lock the token in Simple Earn for a special Annual Percentage Rate (APR), although the exact rate has not yet been confirmed.

The airdrop will see 60% of HMSTR’s total supply, approximately 60 billion tokens, distributed to early players of Hamster Kombat. The allocation depends on individual gameplay; the more progress a player has made in the game, the greater the benefits they will receive from the airdrop.

Hamster Kombat's Success on Telegram Raises Concerns Over TON Network Stability Amid Upcoming Airdrop

Following its release in March 2024, Hamster Kombat quickly became one of the most popular games on Telegram. The game is based on the TON blockchain and immerses players in a world where they manage a hamster-owned cryptocurrency exchange, improving it by adding new features like licenses and trading pairs.

However, there are concerns about the potential strain the airdrop could place on the network. In August, the TON network experienced significant issues, going offline for several hours on consecutive days due to overwhelming demand from the DOGS airdrop event. With Hamster Kombat's larger player base, similar problems could arise during this airdrop.

In addition to Binance, the HMSTR token will be listed on several other major exchanges, including Bybit, Bitfinex, and OKX, following the airdrop.
