According to NS3.AI, this listing signifies regulatory approval for Ripple Prime to engage in post-trade over-the-counter (OTC) securities clearing, with Pershing acting as the clearing broker. However, it does not currently involve any settlement on the XRP Ledger (XRPL). Despite some optimistic speculation within the community, Ripple's acquisition of Hidden Road is intended to eventually transition post-trade activities to the XRPL.
