Cipher Digital Secures $200 Million Credit Facility and Signs 15-Year Lease

Cipher Digital has entered into a 15-year lease agreement with a major hyperscale customer for a data center, alongside securing a revolving credit facility of up to $200 million. According to NS3.AI, the announcement led to a 9% increase in Cipher Digital's shares during pre-market trading. The company plans to develop a High-Performance Computing facility at an existing site within its third data center campus. The credit facility, backed by a bank, includes an option for a $50 million expansion.
