According to PANews, China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, along with seven other departments, has released an action plan aimed at enhancing the high-quality development of the new energy storage manufacturing sector. The plan emphasizes the integration of next-generation information technologies such as blockchain, big data, artificial intelligence, and 5G into the industry.
The initiative seeks to accelerate the construction of smart factories and encourages the digital transformation of key processes in the production and system integration of new energy storage products. This includes the application of machine vision, ultrasound, and infrared thermal imaging technologies to optimize quality control systems.
Additionally, the plan aims to improve automation levels in various stages of new energy storage product manufacturing, including raw material production and packaging. It also supports manufacturing enterprises in extending their service chains and developing new service-oriented manufacturing models.
