JPMorgan Assesses Challenges In Approving U.S. Strategic Crypto Reserve

According to Odaily, JPMorgan has expressed skepticism about the likelihood of the U.S. Strategic Crypto Reserve gaining approval, citing congressional hurdles. The probability of such approval is considered to be less than 50%. Concerns over risk and volatility make the inclusion of cryptocurrencies like XRP, SOL, and ADA particularly challenging. Nikolaos Panigirtzoglou, Managing Director of Global Market Strategy at JPMorgan, stated, "We believe that the approval of a U.S. Strategic Cryptocurrency Reserve is not the most likely scenario, assuming congressional approval is required. Therefore, we estimate the probability to be below 50%. If the reserve is eventually approved, smaller tokens beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum would face difficulties being included due to increased concerns over risk and volatility."
