Dollar Index Rises Amid Currency Exchange Rate Fluctuations

The dollar index, which measures the U.S. dollar against six major currencies, increased by 0.1% to close at 96.928. According to Jin10, by the end of the New York foreign exchange market, the euro was trading at 1.1866 dollars, down from 1.1882 dollars the previous day. The British pound was at 1.3623 dollars, compared to 1.3637 dollars the day before. The U.S. dollar rose against the Japanese yen, trading at 152.94 yen, up from 152.83 yen. It also traded at 0.7697 Swiss francs, slightly lower than the previous day's 0.7703 Swiss francs. Additionally, the dollar was at 1.3611 Canadian dollars, up from 1.3561 Canadian dollars, and at 8.9226 Swedish krona, higher than the previous day's 8.8813 Swedish krona.
