金管会主委黄天牧今天出席 "立法院 "特别会议，首度明确透露制定虚拟资产特别法的时间表。他表示，金管会将分四个阶段逐步规范虚拟资产，最终迈向制定虚拟资产管理特别法。该法草案预计将于今年 12 月底完成，并于明年 6 月前提交行政院。
