21Shares AG, a cryptocurrency ETP issuer, has announced the launch of the 21Shares Strategy Yield ETP (ticker: STRC NA) on Euronext Amsterdam. According to PANews, trading for this product will commence on February 26. This marks 21Shares' first ETP linked to equity, with the underlying asset being Series A perpetual preferred shares issued by Strategy Inc. STRC aims to provide investors with high-yield cash flow through floating dividends, and these preferred shares hold a superior position in the capital structure compared to common stock. The product is designed to trade close to its $100 face value, offering investors a structured investment tool that combines features of traditional finance and digital assets through Strategy's Bitcoin reserve policy.
