The WLFI team has introduced a proposal for a governance staking system that mandates token holders to lock their WLFI tokens for a minimum of 180 days to participate in voting. According to NS3.AI, this system is designed with three distinct staking tiers, each offering unique benefits such as governance rights, OTC conversion privileges, and collaboration opportunities with the WLFI team. The primary objective of the proposal is to redirect arbitrage gains from intermediaries to dedicated participants within the ecosystem. Approval of this proposal requires a 7-day voting period and the support of 1 billion WLFI tokens.
