Iran's Health Ministry: U.S. and Israeli Attacks Result in Civilian Casualties

Iran's Health Ministry reported on March 15 that recent attacks by the United States and Israel have led to significant civilian casualties. According to Jin10, the ministry stated that at least 202 children and 223 women have died, including three pregnant women. Among the deceased children, 12 were under the age of five.
