Traffic Accident at Pro-Government Rally in Mashhad Kills 4

According to Jin10, a car drove into a rally in Mashhad, northeastern Iran, that was supporting the Iranian government and armed forces, killing 4 people and injuring 10. According to Nour News, Mohsen Mousa-Abadi, head of the traffic police department in Razavi Khorasan Province, said the speeding car first collided with another vehicle, then lost control, hit a safety barrier and traffic signs, and drove into the crowd. Mousa-Abadi said initial checks showed the arrested driver was in poor mental condition, but he did not disclose the driver's specific situation.
