Telegram and xAI Announce Strategic Partnership

According to BlockBeats, Telegram founder Pavel Durov announced on social media that Telegram has entered into a one-year partnership with xAI. This collaboration will involve distributing Grok to Telegram's over one billion users and integrating it into the Telegram app. As part of the agreement, Telegram will receive $300 million in cash and equity from xAI, along with 50% of the subscription revenue generated through Telegram sales of xAI services.
