Oracle Plans $450-$500 Billion Fundraising for Cloud Infrastructure Expansion by 2026

Oracle Corporation announced on Sunday its intention to raise between $450 billion and $500 billion by 2026 through a combination of debt and equity financing to expand its cloud infrastructure capacity. According to Jin10, the company aims to secure funds to meet the contractual demands of its largest cloud infrastructure clients, including AMD, Meta, NVIDIA, OpenAI, TikTok, and xAI. Oracle plans to raise half of the target amount through equity-linked instruments and common stock issuance, which includes mandatory convertible preferred stock, alongside an ATM stock issuance program of up to $200 billion. The remaining funds are expected to be raised through a single bond issuance in early 2026.
