The address invested in the outcome that a permanent peace agreement would not be reached by May 15. Additionally, it made smaller investments predicting that the agreement would not be finalized by May 31. Previously, the address had only invested in predictions that a permanent peace agreement would not be achieved by April 22 and April 30.
